it is just rum as it should be, pure and honest.

How it started
Since 1880 – Desde 1880 – History
It was back in 1887 when Viktor was born. Just 7 years before his father founded his own distillery and cooperage. On a small scale he produced spirits and repaired and built casks.
His son Viktor shared his passion and learnt quite young the art of destillation and the making of casks. At the age of 18 he wanted to see which spirits were aged in the casks and he left to discover the world and learn more about destillation. He gathered a lot of experience and after three years he returned home to help his family.
The passion for crafted spirits made him produce his own spirits, ageing them in his own casks. Until today three generations followed his path.
Warehouse
We are ageing over 400 casks in our warehouse. They are just waiting patiently for the perfect time to be bottled.
The warehouse is covered by 3 meters of concrete and earth, so temperature is almost the same throughout the year and ageing can take place in a constant and equilibrated way. Also the humidity is naturally controlled and keeps the barrels in a perfect climate for maturation.
Every bottling is selected carefully by our team and we only put in a bottle what really deserves to be enjoyed by you.
There are no compromises made when selecting the casks and we prefer to run out of stock then bottling anything we wouldn’t like ourselves.
